Firm Info
Your firm's legal, billing, and display names, and the logo clients see in the portal.
You'll find this page in Settings under Firm.
The Firm Info page holds your firm’s identity: the names Outlaw Practice uses in different places, and the logo your clients see.
What You Can Set
- Legal Name (required): the legal entity name of your business.
- Billing Name: the name used for your business on invoices and official correspondence. If your firm operates under a different name than its legal entity, this is where that name goes.
- Display Name: the name shown at the top of the application itself.
- Firm Logo: an image associated with your firm. It is displayed to your clients in the client portal, so pick something presentable at a small size.
Changes aren’t applied until you confirm them. A save bar appears at the bottom of the form once you’ve edited something, and you can cancel to discard.
