Why Outlaw
Everything Included
One product that runs your whole firm (marketing, sales, cases, billing, payments) for one price, with no feature tiers.
If you’ve shopped for practice management software, you know the routine. The demo looks great. Then comes the pricing page: three or four columns, and the one feature you actually came for (trust accounting, or intake forms, or reporting) sits in the column that costs twice as much. Add the marketing tool, the e-signature add-on, the payments processor, the client portal “module,” and your simple subscription has become a stack of line items that grows every year.
Outlaw Practice is built on a different premise: a law firm is one business, so it should run on one product. Marketing campaigns, lead intake, conflict checks, case management, task and time tracking, billing, trust accounting, payments, and firm reporting: all of it is one application, included in one price. There is no feature matrix. There is no “Pro” tier hiding the thing you need. If it’s in this documentation, you have it.
One Thread, Start to Finish
The all-in-one design isn’t just about the bill; it’s about the data. Because every stage lives in the same product, your information flows instead of being re-entered:
- A campaign brings in a lead, and you can see the cost of one against the value of the other.
- The lead’s participants, fee arrangement, and the intake answers you keep carry straight into the case when you win it. Nothing is retyped.
- Work on the case is a task, and in Outlaw a task is the time entry, so the work records itself.
- Time and expenses roll into the invoice; the invoice collects through built-in payments; trust money moves under proper trust accounting; and every dollar lands in firm reports.
When the pieces come from different vendors, every seam is somewhere data gets lost, retyped, or reconciled by hand. Outlaw has no seams.
What “Included” Means Here
Every feature documented on this site comes with the product: the client portal, the Blame Log, conflict checking, trust accounting, intake and custom fields, reporting, and payments built in. Your subscription price is per person on your team, not per feature you discover you need.
